Job Summary
The Digital Media Commons (DMC) in the James and Anne Duderstadt Center (DC) at the University of Michigan (U-M) is looking for a qualified services manager who will coordinate services for the Ground Connections (GC) team. If chosen, you will oversee operations of four labs (Groundworks, Design Labs 1 & 2, and Fabrication Underground) including planning and development, budgets, procedures, and personnel management. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer of the Duderstadt Center. This is considered a hybrid onsite/work from home position at the Duderstadt Center on U-M's North Campus in Ann Arbor.

This position is classified as hybrid with work on campus a minimum of 3 days per week.
Modes of Work
The work requirements allow both onsite and offsite work and an employee has an expected recurring onsite presence. On occasion, the employee may be required and must be available to work onsite more frequently if necessitated by unit leadership or their designee and/or the job requirements.
