What You'll Do
As the GTM "Plan to Pay" Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the GTM "Plan to Pay" process. You will own project management, data sets, and documentation in collaboration with the Director of GTM Incentives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating between Sales Leadership, GTM Operations, Financial Planning, and HR to advance our yearly GTM planning cycle and maintain an agile, continuous "Plan to Pay" program, encompassing process, governance, and documentation. This position requires experience in sales strategy planning, advanced Excel modeling, and a blend of technical and analytical skills. You will also manage the planning program and complex interconnected datasets, template development, and data consolidation across all sales and customer account teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Program Management of the GTM "Plan to Pay" process working to enable the Director, WW GTM Strategy Planning & Programs and Director of GTM Incentives along with supporting the GTM Strategy & Operations leadership team on execution and in delivering on global goals
- Define and execute program plans for the process in collaboration with senior leaders following program RGO "Revenue Growth Office" framework
- Facilitate regular program management sessions with leadership and operations teams, owning tracking and communications with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Responsible for developing, managing, and executing detailed project plans that consider requirements, constraints, resources, and deliverables associated with defined objectives
- Responsible for managing complex interconnected datasets & template development for account/territory realignment, people assignments, and quota mapping across all sales and customer account teams.
- Facilitate and engage with regional teams on activities for the program including working sessions, enablement, change management, communications, and updates
- Conduct research, develop analyses, and synthesize learnings to create and support recommendations that drive improvements to the GTM "Plan to Pay" process
- Develop required documentation for the program such as process design documents, workshop agendas and presentations, reusable assets, case studies and roles/responsibilities
- Curate and maintain primary repositories and change documentation for coverage, quota, projected GTM headcount, compensation plans and project manage mid-year change requests to sales assignments, quotas or other GTM planning or compensation activities.
Who You'll Work With
This role involves engaging with cross-regional and functional teams to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders across GTM, Finance, and People teams, ensuring the efficient and accurate deployment and execution of the GTM plan. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a wide range of leaders in executing GTM priorities.
This role reports to the Sr. Director, WW GTM Strategy Planning & Programs.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Bachelor's degree; plus 6- 8 years of relevant work experience required; ideally in sales planning, sales compensation, sales operations, or strategy roles. With demonstrable experience of Sales Planning or Compensation programs.
- Experience with common sales planning and compensation management software platforms (Anaplan, Callidus, Xactly or others), and comprehensive Salesforce knowledge.
- Advanced Excel modelling skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX functions) with regards to merging complex interconnected data sets, template development, data consolidation and distribution.

Pay Rate: $101,600.00 - $127,000.00 - $152,500.00 Annually
