Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing aligned with business objectives.
- Create and oversee the brand's social media presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and compliant with medical device regulations.
- In collaboration with our digital agency partners, plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop high-quality, informative, and compliant content, such as blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve search engine optimization (SEO) and manage paid search (SEM) initiatives.
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts. Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, including FDA guidelines for medical device marketing.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Support strategy of HCP and Patient CRM customer journeys and next best action plan activation.
- Maintain ownership of the quality and consistency of plans, web standards, content and structure for the iovera brand.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or closely related field required
- MBA preferred but not required
- 5 years in brand marketing or digital/social media platforms in a healthcare related field such as pharmaceutical/biotech/medical devices environment required
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Demonstrated ability to create digital and social media content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work successfully with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
- Expertise in social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content creation
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital and social media platforms

Pay Transparency
The base pay range for this role in California is $120,000 per year to $165,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications.
