Job Description:

  • Teach in-person Spanish courses in the Global Languages department under the Division of the Humanities and Learning Communities. 
  • Levels of focus, SPN-101 (Beginner), SPN-201 (Intermediate)
  • Courses are offered fully in-person on campus (Charlestown and Chelsea campuses).


Requirements:

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Spanish or related field.
  • Evidence of engagement in culturally responsive pedagogies.
  • Experience with high impact teaching and learning practices (examples: undergraduate research, community engagement, critical pedagogies, learning communities).
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
  • Ability to teach courses on campus in an in-person setting at BHCC's Charlestown or Chelsea campuses.

Additional Information:

Salary: $1,397.00 per credit hour.
