On a day-to-day basis you will oversee any licensing requirements in coordination with the regional logistics teams, liaise with internal sanctions teams and external trade compliance counsel on export related matters and interface with original equipment manufacturers and other industry contacts. You will maintain a maintain a working knowledge of US, EU, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and China trade regulations and ensure asset and jurisdiction classifications are properly evaluated and applied to each transaction. You will also perform data research and counterparty reviews in response to new/updated sanctions and ensure global equipment trading policies and processes (including checklists) remain up to date.
Salary range for this position: $100,000 - $140,000/Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
