Job Summary

As the Associate Director of Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiatives (ADOD) , you will play a critical role in the direct, solicitation of leadership annual and major gifts ($10K+ or more when appropriate) and foundation and corporate relations to support the Center for Educational Outreach. The ADOD will also identify and qualify major gift prospects. In this role, you will work on increasing the number of leadership annual donors, major gift donors, and foundation and corporate giving partners to the Center for Educational Outreach, with a focus on SE Michigan. This role contributes to OUD's positive culture and adheres to OUD's values of diversity, equity, and inclusion by raising money for key priorities and programs focused on college access and affordability.
