You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation and systems integration in an operational environment

• Experience with the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC)

• Experience planning, supporting, and executing Large Scale Exercises

• Knowledge of Joint C5ISR tactical systems such as Link 16, GCCS-J, USMC C4I, or Army Mission Command Systems

• Knowledge of the principles associated with creating virtual and constructive environments

• Knowledge of networks and networking concepts

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Systems Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with the Marine Corps or service-related operations

• Experience with program management

• Experience with business development and marketing

• Experience with strategic planning

• Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as High-Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)

• Knowledge of the Marine Corps Synthetic Training Environment, Force Design 2030

• TS/SCI clearance

• Master's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Business
